Who we are

GEO Agencies is a directory of generative engine optimization agencies, operated from the United Kingdom. Contact: contact@contentvisit.com

What we collect

We collect two kinds of data.

Data you send us. If you submit an agency, claim a profile, or suggest a change, we collect the name, email address, and any details you enter in that form. We use it only to process that request and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Data about listed agencies. Directory listings are compiled from publicly available sources, primarily each agency's own website. Unclaimed listings contain only publicly sourceable business information: company name, website, location, services, and a description we write ourselves. We do not publish personal data about individuals at those companies beyond what is already public and professional in nature, such as a named founder.

Analytics

We use two tools, and they work differently.

Aggregate page analytics measure traffic only. They set no cookies, track nobody across sites, and build no advertising profiles.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used: scrolling, clicks, and anonymised session replays that show where people get stuck. Clarity sets cookies on your device and masks the contents of form fields by default, so what you type into a form is not captured. It is not loaded on our admin pages. Microsoft processes this data as our provider, and their privacy notice covers what they do with it.

Neither tool is used for advertising, and we do not sell any of it.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing.

For agency listings specifically: you can ask us to correct any detail, or to remove your listing entirely. We will action removal requests without argument. Email contact@contentvisit.com from a company email address.

Retention

Form submissions are kept while the request is open and for a reasonable period after, so we can honour follow-ups. Directory listings are kept until an agency asks for removal or ceases trading.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
