OpenAI has pushed a set of updates to ChatGPT Ads, including new visual formats, a redesigned conversions page, weekly performance emails, extra measurement partners and in-product feedback tools. The changes were announced late on a Friday.

The visual formats widen ad cards, enlarge images on desktop and make images full-width on mobile, with a multi-image format due soon. OpenAI said the tests run on existing campaigns and creative, so advertisers do not need to take any action.

The conversions page in Ads Manager now shows event volume and trends, the share of active campaigns optimising for conversions, and warnings tied to the Diagnostics tab, all visible across the Conversions tabs. Advertisers with live campaigns will also get a weekly email summarising account performance with week-over-week changes and a link into Ads Manager.

The measurement ecosystem has grown to include Northbeam, DV Rockerbox and INCRMNTAL, plus mobile measurement partners Kochava, Tenjin and Airbridge. Advertisers can now file bug reports or product feedback from the account menu in the bottom left of Ads Manager.

For brands chasing citations in AI answers, the expansion of measurement partners matters most: it gives advertisers more ways to tie ChatGPT placements to downstream conversions, which is the evidence base for deciding how much of a budget goes to AI surfaces.
