Sponsored: AI video pipeline for SMB clients spans TikTok, Reels and AI search
A sponsored post from Leadzai argues that the bottleneck for agencies putting small business clients on TikTok was never the ad platform but the video itself, and that generative AI pipelines now make it possible to produce at portfolio scale.
The piece cites an Adobe Express survey in which 49% of U.S. consumers said they had used TikTok as a search engine, and a WARC study with TikTok of 400 marketing leaders in which 90% said they use AI as a core creative tool while only 45% reported significant quality improvements.
It also notes that Google Search Console now reports on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube posts appearing in Search and Discover, and that while TikTok videos are not cited by ChatGPT or AI Overviews today, YouTube is what AI cites, so a single storyline can serve both.
The proposed pipeline starts with a multimodal LLM that turns a client's real photos and business information into a storyline and visual guideline, then passes that to a reference-image video model such as Google's Veo 3.1, ByteDance's Seedance, Kling or Alibaba's Wan, before text-to-speech voiceover, captions and variants. The post advises agencies to treat video models as swappable components, since OpenAI shut down the Sora 2 video API and Google retired Veo 2 and Veo 3.0.
