OpenAI adds bulk product feed creation and review status to ChatGPT Ads
OpenAI has added several features to ChatGPT Ads, including bulk creation for product feed campaigns. Advertisers can now build multiple campaigns and ad groups from a spreadsheet in Ads Manager, with ad templates generated automatically through Campaigns, Bulk uploads and the Product feed template.
Product feed campaigns also gain a product review status view in the Products tab, so advertisers can track products through review and see why items were rejected. The public Insights API now returns attributed conversion events beyond a campaign's selected goal, letting advertisers report on purchases while optimising for a different event without changing conversion settings.
Account, brand and legal names can now be managed separately under Settings, General. Account name changes do not trigger review, brand name changes pause ad serving until approved, and legal name changes restart business review and may pause serving.
ChatGPT Ads have also gone live in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Taiwan, bringing the total to more than 60 markets. For brands chasing citations in AI answers, the expansion widens the set of markets where paid placements sit alongside organic mentions in ChatGPT responses.
